Zhaoming Wu is an award winning artist whose work has been recognized by International Artist magazine.
Wu has been exhibiting his work since 1983, in Asia, Europe, the United States and other countries around the world. He has won numerous awards, including the Gustafson Fund Award, The national Oil and Acrylic Painter’s Society; First Place, 9th Biennial National Figure Drawing Exhibition, U.S.; Second prizewinner, International Artist Magazine Challenge No. 4; Daler-Rowney Award, Oil Painter of America .
The paintings of Zhaoming Wu have captivated collectors throughout the world. His brushwork is assured yet extremely sensitive and his are vibrant without being harsh. He achieves a rare balance between realism and abstraction.
Wu was born in China and grew up in Guangzhou City. He received his BFA degree from Guangzhuou Academy of fine Art, China and a MFA degree from the Academy of Art College, San Francisco.
